Comparative relations between psychological?("personality")type

These are relations of deceptive similarity. Comparative partners talk about similar things,have similar interests,obey the norms of politeness and hospitality towards each other but they never really show an interest in each others problems. After a while these relations can become boring and stagnant. When comparative partners are on the same level in a hierarchy,they can coexist quite peacefully. Once one partner becomes superior to the other,they may have serious disagreements and conflicts. Comparative partners look at the same questions from very different angles. One partner feels as if the other is in their opinion trying to solve the same problem in an impractical manner. Moreover,partners are not happy to acknowledge each other's different point of view. This may cause great misunderstandings between partners,especially when applied to methods of working and as a result partners usually try to compromise.

When in company,Comparative relations can improve a little. The reason for this is that the behaviour of one partner in respect to other people usually appears to the other partner as interesting and worthwhile. Moreover,partners have a good chance to learn from each other how to better improve their social interactions.

When Comparative partners ask each other for advice,the adviser often finds their own advice quite useful for themselves. As a result the person who asked for advice usually leaves with nothing. Comparative partners may view each other as selfish and egoistic,however they do not try to clarify this point to each other. In a family environment these relations are very heavy,as they can create a mistrust between partners and do not allow them to feel their own significance.


Critical loyalty?can be thought of as seeking a creative middle way that tries to honor the legitimate demands of the organization but also to honor the obligation to protect the public.??Uncritical loyalty will support these ends only insofar as those above them do and insist that those who work for the organization do so as well.?


Through Fi inferior,ENTJs?are extremely generous when it comes to people. It is not always necessarily in the form of money,but the ENTJ will be that person at the gym who will give advice to the new guy who has no idea what to do. Thats right,they will sacrifice their time to help the people around them,even those who they dont know personally. The constant accusation of them being a bad person can lead to them giving up developing their sense of morals,and eventually becoming that bad person you made them out to be.

Behaviorism?is a barbaric way of approaching psychology because it doesnt account for your thoughts,your feelings,or your true motivations. Behaviorism hasnt been widely accepted for several decades for that reason. A persons cognition is every bit as important,if not more important,than a persons behavior.

Any type can be intelligent and knowledgeable—just because you have a mentally stimulating conversation with someone doesnt mean they are an intuitive type. In fact,some of the smartest people I know are sensing types. So please stop trying to use behaviors that cant be tied to the twelve type grid categories to type yourself or type other people.

The pragmatic types are the Intellectuals?(NTs)and the Artisans?(SPs). Being pragmatic means that a persons preferred basis for interaction is focused on what works. The affiliative types are the Idealist?(NFs)and the Guardians?(SJs). Being affiliative means that a persons basis for interaction is focused on whats right. Pragmatic types value independence inside a group setting so that they are allowed the freedom of making their own decisions,while affiliative types value interdependence inside the group to achieve a desired result.

This can be a problem—especially in the workplace. For instance,if a boss is an affiliative user and has a pragmatic employee working under them who never asks for permission before making decisions,the employee runs the risk of potentially being fired because of a perceived overreach. To the pragmatic,having authority over them gets in the way of achieving the fastest or most optimal outcome. Waiting to ask permission would hinder their progression.?

Friedrich Nietzsche once said?sometimes people dont want to hear the truth because they dont want their illusions destroyed.
