對于part2 我的邏輯:

1 roughly background:

Water person，which means I prefer to stay at the placewhere there would be either a river or a lake. Luckily enough ,in my city Changsha ,there is a river running cross the citycenter with the nameXiang River, the branch of the longest river in China .

?河流相關(guān)的活動，wild swimming，對比室內(nèi)

Usually in summer , there would be a group of wild swimmers gathering at a fixed spot to go swimming. Compared to indoor swimming, swimming in a river ,you will feel unlimited free but definitely you need to be somehow professional to fight against waves in the river.

此題，河流和我的關(guān)系：我有一條船，劃船

I have aprofessional backpack rafting boat ,so usually in summer after work ,I will carry my boat to the fix spot, pumping air to my boat ,wearing my life jacket and start my river journey.?

劃船的好處：?

Paddling is a cardiosport/aerobic sport ,which could help with my respiratory system and build up/ strengthen my muscles to? keep myself fit .

劃船的感受和細節(jié)

During the trip ,with my each paddling movement? ,I could flow ahead ,and the faster I do ,the quicker I could go .Once a while ,I could greet with the fishers or passengers on touring boat ,which is such an interactive process that it could never be boring even though sometimesI am the lonely captain on my boat .（比喻）

3 最難忘的時刻/城市里最難忘的地方，升級感受和細節(jié)，共情

However , the most fascinating part for me lies in where I get on the shore .It is on the other side of the river . I cross the whole river.What a triumph .Usually it comes to the dusk when the sun starts to set off.

I just sit there facing the river ,waiting myboat to get dry, accompanied by my favorable music , feeling the breeze blowing through my whole body, watching the sunset.(各種分詞，很有畫面感)

Compared to indoor sports ,this moment is what I cherish most .

Not until this very moment do I feel like Iam being cured by the soft beam of the sunset and the tenderness of the river . It is not exaggerating that I would call this little spot my paradise in this crowd andmodernized city. As you know ,it is not easy to be a city animal ,people could always trap themselves in indescribable anxieties and nervousness .so this? is not only a simple exercise ??but more ?a spiritual need?for me through which I could getcourage for the next coming week.
