Kabosu is regularly checked by her vet and receives daily SC fluids.
She is generally in good health for her age.

卡波醬定期接受獸醫(yī)檢查，并每天接受 SC 液體。

As Kabosu has gotten older, she needs my assistance in daily life.
Some readers must have thought Kabosu was in poor health and suffering.
I have received comments from some readers who suggest that I euthanize？？？ her.
Those comments saddened me and I wasn't able to bring myself to update my instagram.

隨著卡波醬年齡的增長，她的日常生活都需要我的幫助。有些評論者一定認(rèn)為卡博蘇身體不好，很痛苦。我收到了一些讀者的評論，他們建議我對她實(shí)施安樂死。這些評論讓我感到難過，我無法讓自己更新我的 Instagram。

I understand that pet owners in some cultures choose to euthanize their pets when they become too old or as soon as they are diagnosed with a terminal illness.
Thus, I suppose that those readers mean well, and think it is best for Kabosu and me, based on their cultural beliefs.

I am not against euthanization.
I will have to consider it if Kabosu lives only in pain and suffering.

However, I believe such a decision is a private, family decision, not something anyone can give unsolicited advice for.

At this time, Kabosu can walk on her own, eat on her own, and can communicate with us.

The time I spend with Kabosu is a treasure to me.
I am grateful every day that I have such opportunities.
