摘 要

隨著高校的發(fā)展，教育改革的深入推進，校園內(nèi)志愿者組織越來越多，逐漸成為高校管理必不可少的組成部分。志愿者社團是由學(xué)生會自發(fā)組織的團體，根據(jù)志愿者社團的宗旨和學(xué)生興趣愛好，創(chuàng)辦不同形式的志愿者社團類型。隨著學(xué)生數(shù)量的增加，管理員和社團組織者需要耗費大量的精力來管理志愿者社團信息，嚴重影響了管理者的生活和學(xué)習(xí)。如何高效的進行志愿者管理是目前迫切需要的工作，而信息系統(tǒng)可以存儲大量數(shù)據(jù)信息，并提供快速的查詢功能，可以為校園志愿者的發(fā)展提供幫助。并可以降低志愿者管理者工作量，同時也可以發(fā)布一些志愿者活動，為志愿者報名帶來便捷的操作體驗。

本系統(tǒng)使用Java技術(shù)，MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫進行開發(fā)，利用信息安全方面的知識對志愿者進行實現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)后臺使用SpringBoot框架進行開發(fā)，具有低耦合、高內(nèi)聚的特點。最后對志愿者報名系統(tǒng)進行測試，查看系統(tǒng)的功能、負載能力和系統(tǒng)的兼容性，結(jié)果表明本系統(tǒng)符合實際要求，完成了即定要求。本文從需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)和系統(tǒng)測試方面進行闡述。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)，幫助高校有效的對志愿者進行管理，提高了志愿者發(fā)展效率。

Abstract

With the development of universities and the deepening of educational reform, there are more and more volunteer organizations on campus, gradually becoming an indispensable component of university management. Volunteer associations are voluntary organizations organized by the student union. They establish different types of volunteer associations based on the purpose of the volunteer association and the interests of students. With the increase in the number of students, administrators and community organizers need to spend a lot of energy managing volunteer community information, seriously affecting the lives and learning of managers. How to effectively manage volunteers is currently an urgent task, and information systems can store a large amount of data and information, and provide rapid query functions, which can provide assistance for the development of campus volunteers. It can also reduce the workload of volunteer managers, and can also publish some volunteer activities, bringing convenient operating experience for volunteer registration.

This system uses Java technology, MySQL database development, and information security knowledge to implement for volunteers. The system background uses the SpringBoot framework for development, featuring low coupling and high cohesion. Finally, the volunteer registration system was tested to check the system's functionality, load capacity, and system compatibility. The results showed that the system met the actual requirements and completed the predetermined requirements. This article elaborates on requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The development of the system has helped universities effectively manage volunteers and improved the efficiency of volunteer development.

目前高校志愿者的數(shù)量越來越多，志愿者報名管理越來越復(fù)雜。高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)積極組織各種志愿者社團，鼓勵和幫助部分老師和優(yōu)秀學(xué)生組建志愿者社團。學(xué)校志愿者可以根據(jù)某一志愿主題或者活動類型，選擇不同的志愿社團并自愿進行加入，完成志愿活動，參與公益。對于志愿者成員來說，通過志愿者社團的活動提高自己的實踐能力，也可以幫助他人，參與義務(wù)勞動。對于高校發(fā)展來說，志愿者具有非常重要的存在意義，學(xué)生在校時間相對較長，積極的參與志愿者社團組織的志愿活動，提高自己的社會責任感和動手實踐能力，為盡早的融入社會打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。

目前高校志愿者社團管理也存在一定時間，但是因為志愿者社團種類多，管理難度大，學(xué)生成員的素質(zhì)參差不齊，缺乏考評，阻礙了志愿者社團的發(fā)展。傳統(tǒng)的志愿者社團管理效率低下，不依靠管理系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)建志愿者社團，需要手工記錄志愿者社團信息，還需要購置辦公用品來打印志愿者志愿者。對于新入會員的學(xué)生來說，需要填寫申請材料，然后志愿者社長對紙質(zhì)材料進行審核并聯(lián)系參會者審核結(jié)果，極大的延長了入會時間。另外，傳統(tǒng)管理方式數(shù)據(jù)分析復(fù)雜，單靠單一的Excel表甚至紙質(zhì)的文檔記錄很難對志愿者社團的成員進行統(tǒng)計，也極容易發(fā)生數(shù)據(jù)丟失的情況。如果志愿者社團發(fā)布活動公告，需要打電話或者逐個發(fā)信息的模式來告知志愿者，加大了社團管理者的工作。也無法記錄志愿者志愿者活動的歷史信息，志愿者志愿者無法查詢近日甚至幾年前的活動照片、視頻等資料。

也有些高校通過創(chuàng)建志愿者志愿者報名系統(tǒng)來減少志愿者管理的工作量，但是目前的系統(tǒng)實際運行較少，結(jié)構(gòu)混亂，老舊的服務(wù)器不能滿足現(xiàn)代化信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展。而且使用的技術(shù)相對落后，數(shù)據(jù)存儲量有限，服務(wù)器響應(yīng)時間過長，志愿者志愿者很少通過系統(tǒng)來查閱信息。只有通過當前流行的技術(shù)，開發(fā)一款志愿者報名系統(tǒng)才能復(fù)合當前高校發(fā)展情況。
