審稿人想讓我提供更多的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，但是我感覺之前稿件提供的數(shù)據(jù)已經(jīng)充分和具有代表性了，我表達(dá)了這一觀點(diǎn)，并且還表達(dá)了“如果你愿意，我們可以提供更多的數(shù)據(jù)”，在這句話里我用的英文是“...if you would like”,would like用于說自己是合適的，不知道用于對方審稿人，這種用法是否禮貌得體？

不太建議用"if you would like"的形式，在回復(fù)審稿人意見的時(shí)候，誠懇的態(tài)度非常關(guān)鍵，最好可以附上一個(gè)cover letter。當(dāng)你不同意審稿人的意見時(shí)，你可以說“Thank you for your comments. We understand your concern about?XXX. However,?because YYY. To make this clearer we have?changed ZZZ?on?page/line XX.”首先站在審稿人的角度上去肯定審稿人的意見，然后客觀的指出文章的原意，并且做出具體解釋。從另一個(gè)角度來看，既然審稿人都理解錯(cuò)了，其他的讀者更有可能，說明文章的表達(dá)還是需要改進(jìn)的。建議對相關(guān)的句子重寫，盡量表述得更加清晰。
