Which Book Robbed

“The store is closed!” Uncle shouted.

The people outside broke in. It seemed that they were Dark Chi warriors.

Dark Chi warriors rushed into Uncle’s study directly, battling with Jackie and Tohru.

“Aiiee-yaahh! This vase is Lin Dynasty’s!” Uncle’s antiques were broken on the floor again.

“Angry crow takes flight!” The strongest warrior pressed Tohru to the ground.

“Hak Foo!” Tohru said in amazement.

After the eight portals were all closed, Valmont, Finn, Ratso, Chow and Hak Foo came across the Dark Chi wizard, Daolon Wong. Daolon Wong was needing some followers to achieve his unspeakable purpose. Daolon Wong promised them that he could make them more powerful through Dark Chi and give them countless wealth. However, Valmont was accustomed to being a master and was not willing to be a follower. So Finn, Ratso, Chow and Hak Foo followed the new master and were turned into Gan, Ren, Chui and Zhen, the Dark Chi warriors.

Hak Foo and others could nearly fight to a draw with Jackie and Tohru before. Now they were Dark Chi warriors so more powerful. Jackie Chan was at a disadvantage.

While Ratso and Chow were battling with Jackie, Finn entered the study of Uncle, who was preparing Chi magic to drive the Dark Chi away.

“Yu Mo Gui Gwai Fai Di Zao…”

At this moment, an old wizard in a black robe entered the Rare Finds. He took a magic cane and emitted a beam of purple light, which strook Uncle’s Dried Salamander and Dried Puffer Fish down on the floor.

“Old Fool! Want a piece of me?” The old wizard was Daolon Wong.

Finn took out a magic book of Uncle, presenting it to Danlon Wong. Daolon Wong looked at the book, smirking with evil. They leave Uncle, Jackie and Tohru aside and walked out of the house.

“Stop!” Jade rushed out of the door.

She kicked down Finn and Chow when they were not prepared well. Hak Foo pushed toward her but she escaped.

Jade wanted to fetch the book carried by Daolon Wong. Daolon Wong turned to Jade without hurry. His magic cane as well as others’ dark weapons were emitting strong purple light at Jade.

“Ahh!” Jade covered her eyes with her hands.

However, Jade just felt an immense black cloth sheltered her and she did not get injured. It turned out that the black cloth was Hsi Wu’s wings.

“The Sky Demon Hsi Wu!” Both Jade and Daolon Wong were surprised.

“Jade, I’m coming to save you.” Hsi Wu said, turning to a human immediately.

Daolon Wong and others did not want to waste too much time here and went away.

“Aiiee-yaahh! Hurry! Jackie. Fetch the flute!”

“No! Uncle, Jackie, you listen to me.” Hsi Wu hurriedly said, retreating backward step by step.

Although Uncle and others did not expect Daolon Wong’s arrival, they had made enough preparations for Hsi Wu’s coming.

Uncle said the Chi Spell and Jackie played the flute. Hsi Wu had hardly fled when he was hit by the Chi Magic. The magic could not prison him to the netherworld for portals had been sealed, but Hsi Wu was in extreme pain under magic and struggled continually. It turned out that using Chi Magic in such a condition could make demons injured.

When the flute was over, Hsi Wu had been too weak to stand steadily. Jackie controlled him at once.

Hsi Wu pretended to be a child who got scolded by his parents, head drooping, seeming to burst out tears at any time, a pitiful appearance. Tohru tied him into the inner room.

“Uncle, perhaps I should contact Captain Black to imprison him in Section 13.”

“Thwack!” A two-fingered slapping on Jackie’s head.

“How many times have I said? Magic must defeat magic!”

Hsi Wu heard the dialogs inside and sneered in the heart. An absurd Section 13 can imprison a demon? He was finally in agreement with Uncle this time.

“Uncle, we’d better accelerate the research of stone magic.”

“Thwack!” Another slapping.

“Hsi Wu is not important!”

“How will you deal with Hsi…”

“Thwack!”

“Hsi Wu is not important!”

“And which book robbed by Daolon Wong is.” Uncle pointed at the heap of books in a mess.

Hearing “Hsi Wu is not important”, Hsi Wu was angry as well as relieved, being angry for Uncle looked down upon him whose very aim was to slip into Jackie Chan’s team to derive the method of settling Uncle’s magic. By that time Uncle would have no more method to cope with him. And the relief was for Daolon Wong’s appearance had transferred the main conflicts, which would greatly accelerate the process of his sneaking into Jackie’s team.

Uncle, Jackie and Jade began to arrange these magic books while Tohru came to the back of Hsi Wu and tightened the rope tying him.

Not like the style of always actively talking before, Jade just arranged the books without saying a single word. Hsi Wu was having the beautiful dream of ruling the world, of his Tower higher than cloud and of the enchanting songs, until he was drawn back by Uncle’s words.

“Hsi Wu, why do you come to Uncle’s Rare Finds?” Uncle asked.

“I had said that I came to the humans’ world not to do evil things. I have recognized only you four in the world. No discord no concord! I was having a walk above San Francisco when I saw Daolon Wong attacking Jade, so I saved her.”

“You say we are too mean to you?”

Hsi Wu smiled.

“Not at all. Of course, you won’t trust a demon at once. I can understand you.”

Everyone was in silence. Hsi Wu’s attitude was out of their expectations.

Everyone was seeking the robbed magic book without saying a word. Jade glimpsed at Hsi Wu from time to time but was all missed by him. Hsi Wu felt it was impossible to thought about the coming plans when looking into Jade’s eyes.

“Aiiee-yaahh! Uncle’s Ancient Magic of Australia is missing!”

“Ahhh!” Hsi Wu shouted. Seeing Hsi Wu’s reaction was even more intense than Uncle’s, everyone was a little amazed.

Hsi Wu was not pretending. He was more familiar with ancient magic, especially dark magic than Uncle. He knew exactly what was preserved in Australia. He felt that his main opponent was also Daolon Wong now and maybe the fake cooperation with Jackie Chan and his party would turn true.

“What’s the matter, Hsi Wu?” Uncle asked.

“The Book of Age is in Australia. Daolon Wong is bound to revise the book!” Hsi Wu said.

“Continue to say.” Jade chipped in.

“The Book of Age is preserved in the desert of Australia, documenting the whole history ever since humans appeared. If one writes something on it, the content will come true at once. However, a stone castle protects the book. The castle is so hard that one can only use specific magic to enter it. Uncle’s book should document this magic.”

“Sensei, what is the magic?” Tohru asked.

“Uncle doesn’t know. Uncle has too many books, not to mention certain books should use specific magic to open.”

“Then we should go to Australia at once to stop Daolon Wong.”

“You can’t. Even if one has the book, it’s not easy to open the stone castle. I remember the approach is related to the several earliest civilizations of humans. But I am not so clear for being trapped for a too long time. Bored out of our wits, all those centuries, each exactly like the one before it.”

“Aren’t you cheating us?” Tohru said.

“On more thing, Uncle trusts you but you don’t want a piece of Uncle! Uncle’s flute is not so kind as himself!” Uncle pointed at Hsi Wu suddenly.

Hsi Wu nodded obediently.

“One more thing, untie him.”
