【譯文】The Covenantor hereby undertakes to procure that the Customer will comply with all the

Customer's obligations to you，the beneficiaries of this deed，（jointly and severally）but should the

Customer default in the payment when due of any payment or default in complying with any other

obligation，the Covenantor will，without the need for any demand，make immediate payment or

performance thereof as the case may be，at the place，in the funds and currency and/or in the

manner required of the Customer and without any with-holding or deduction whatsoever

PROVIDED ALWAYS HOWEVER that no time for limitation of liability in respect of this Deed

shall begin to run in favour of the Covenantor unless and until one or both of you shall have made

demand on the Covenantor，and if more than one demand is made，then only from the date and to

the extent of each demand respectively.

2.倘若買主或其指定人已占有憑本合約出售的樓宇，買主即被認為已接受賣主的所有權(quán)并無權(quán)在上述任何問題方面提出任何要求或反對。

【譯文】Provided that should the Purchaser or his nominee have entered into possession of the

premises hereby agreed to be sold the Purchaser shall thereupon be deemed to have accepted the

tide of the Vendor and shall not be entitled to raise any requisition or objection in respect of any of

【譯文】Our People's Govermment is one that genuinely represents the people's interests，it is a government that serves the people.Nevertheless，there are still certain contradictions between this government and the people.

【解析】這一句里的意思有轉(zhuǎn)折，所以譯文斷句比較清楚。但是如果用but連起來譯成一長句，則會顯得句子過長。而斷開分述會更清晰。因此在斷句后另加nevertheless，也能表達轉(zhuǎn)折的含意。

9在我國這樣一個十億多人口的大國實現(xiàn)四個現(xiàn)代化，是一件非常艱巨復雜的工作，進一步打好基礎是今后順利發(fā)展的重要前提。

【譯文】To modernize agriculture，industry，national defence and science and technology in a big country like ours with over 1000 million people is a highly complex and difficult task.Further strengthening of the groundwork is an important precondition for smooth development later.

Otherwise we shall isolate ourselves from the masses.
