This is a life changing audio if used correctly, you could argue there is no such thing, but this brings me back to what I said to you earlier; as long as you don’t think against the affirmation, for example by going “My life is so boring, I hate my life, I keep experiencing bad things, Why is everything going downhill?” (This is what you should not be doing, sorry if Its not very clear and easy to grasp.) I've been listening to this alongside other things and I've noticed that I feel so great lately and I just realised that I was journaling earlier and I was literally rambling on about how great everything in my life is (and it's not like a manifestation journal or something like that) and I just wanted to say that I'm grateful for this :))

My results: since I started using this audio in my playlist I feel more detached. My body is more defined and shaped like an hourglass. I feel prettier in the pictures, my face looks more cute and I get more compliments (I used to get them before but now it's like everyone like me).
