【音樂記憶】第十五篇 Heavy-Linkin Park
I don't know if anybody out there can relate, but like I have a hard time of life. Sometimes it’s great but a lot of times for me it’s a really hard and……
No matter how I am feeling, I always find myself struggling with certain patterns to behave.
I find myself like stuck in the same thing that keeps repeating over and over again.
How do I end this?
It’s that moment that you’re in it and you can separate yourself from that situation. \
You look at it and you see what it is. You are able to do something about it, like you have broken out of that cycle.
There are so many circumstances for me that I know when I’m inside myself when I’m in my own head, it……

This place right here, this skull between my ears, that is a bad neighborhood.
I should not be in there alone.
I can’t be in there by myself.
It’s insane, it’s crazy in here. It’s a bad place to be my myself.

And so when I am in that, my whole life gets thrown off.?
I don’t say nice things to myself.
There is another Chester in there, wants to take me down……
I find that it could be ……whether it’s substances or whether it’s behavior or whether it’s like depressive stuff…… whatever it is,?
it’s like if I’m not like actively getting out of myself and being with other people. Being a Dad, being a husband, being a bandmate, being a friend, helping someone out.
If I am out of myself, I am great.
If I am inside all the time, I’m horrible, I will be mess.
So, for me that’s like: “I don’t like my mind right now, stacking with the problems that are so unnecessary.”
That was where that came from for me.
I drive myself nuts like I actually think that all these are real problems. All the stuff is going on in here.
It’s actually……I am doing this to myself, regardless of whatever that thing is.
So this is that like conscious awareness of that thing and when you can step back and look at something, you are elevating yourself consciously like you’re enlightened at that point.
?
This is that moment of enlightenment where you know I can do something about this and I by doing it, I can move forward and I can get unstuck from this.
For me, it’s like I can live with life on life’s terms. I can get experience the whole spectrum of humanity and not want to get out of it, whether it’s happiness, sadness or whatever.
……
我無法想象最后的那段時間他經歷了什么,但最終的解決也許是最平靜的歸宿。
Chester, finally,?out of yourself.
But where is my tribute to?the madness?
