昨天跟在深圳的姐姐聊天，得知她們現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)停工停產(chǎn)，都是居家辦公，孩子也是在家上的網(wǎng)課。

在大家都以為疫情已經(jīng)要結(jié)束的時(shí)候，它卻卷土重來(lái)，而且情況看著比2020年的時(shí)候更加嚴(yán)峻，想當(dāng)時(shí)只是一個(gè)地方有案例，其他地方都比較少，但這個(gè)初春的情況卻是全國(guó)各地都不斷地冒出病例。

但是無(wú)論怎樣，我相信我們有實(shí)力有能力戰(zhàn)勝這個(gè)病毒。只管聽(tīng)從上面的指示做好自己，做好防疫，不去添亂！同時(shí)也希望大家一切安好，辛苦一線的醫(yī)務(wù)人員了！

做外貿(mào)的我們，今天還是來(lái)聊一聊面對(duì)突然的停工停產(chǎn)，有些已經(jīng)下單的客戶，有些準(zhǔn)備要出貨卻被擱置的客戶，或者是準(zhǔn)備要下單的客戶，我們?cè)撊绾胃蛻糁v現(xiàn)在的這個(gè)情況才能讓客戶理解呢？一起來(lái)看看！

This notice is to inform you that we have to suspend production after authorities announced a partial lockdown in Shenzhen due to a rise of COVID-19 cases.

由于新冠病例增加，有關(guān)部門(mén)宣布深圳半封鎖，我們不得不暫停生產(chǎn)。

All businesses not involved with essential public services are allowed to halt production. And we are requested to work from home starting today.

所有不涉及基本公共服務(wù)的企業(yè)全部停產(chǎn)，我們也被要求從今天開(kāi)始，居家辦公。

Because of factory closures we may experience some production delays.

由于工廠關(guān)停，可能貨物會(huì)有所延遲。

有些小伙伴在12號(hào)已經(jīng)把貨拉到深圳倉(cāng)庫(kù)，結(jié)果第二天被通知出不了了。有些人會(huì)比較聰明，提前嗅到了即將停工的可能，即便貨已經(jīng)在深圳倉(cāng)庫(kù)，也提前安排拉到廣州或者佛山，給客戶安排。在這樣的大環(huán)境下，有些突發(fā)情況是我們無(wú)法預(yù)料的，但是我們卻一直盡己所能地為客戶著想，也是盡職盡責(zé)的。

All the goods were ready to ship.

Suddenly we learned that all non-essential businesses in Shenzhen and Dongguan are closed. Because of the panic of viruses.

Now, we are trying to transfer your goods via Guangzhou or Foshan, we are trying our best to make it.

有些開(kāi)年來(lái)下單，或者是這個(gè)月才剛下單，但是工廠卻停工的，這肯定會(huì)影響到交期，有些客戶要貨很急的，現(xiàn)在突然接到上級(jí)的政策通知，這些一定要跟客戶提前說(shuō)好這個(gè)情況，讓客戶也有心理準(zhǔn)備，這屬于不可控的因素。
