重組人酸性成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)為rh-aFGF,同rh-bFGF具有類(lèi)似功效,在弱酸溶液狀態(tài)下穩(wěn)定性更佳,但活性相比bFGF偏弱。主要存在于表皮基底的角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞內(nèi),是重要的促細(xì)胞有絲分裂因子和血管生成因子,對(duì)來(lái)源于中胚層和神經(jīng)外胚層的多種類(lèi)型的細(xì)胞具有廣泛的生物學(xué)活性。
1、能促進(jìn)細(xì)胞增殖、生長(zhǎng)、分化,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)傷愈合與組織修復(fù),改善細(xì)胞生活微環(huán)境,促進(jìn)受損神經(jīng)再生及血管、肌肉、皮膚等的修復(fù);
