How to be a Stoic?

??1)Examine your impressions. Take a step back. Ask, is this sth that is, or is not, in my control? Act on it or ignore it.

??2)Remind yourself of the impermanent of things.

??3)Face the situations with the best of your abilities while leaving the outcome to fate.?盡人事，聽天命。

??4) Constant application. Use every challenge to exercise our virtue.

5)Pause and take a deep breath. Same as 1).

6)Other-ize.

??7)Speak little and well.

??8)Choose your company well.

??9)Respond to insult with self-deprecating humor.?

??10)Don’t speak too much about yourself.

??11)Speak without judging.

??12)Reflect on your day.
