遇到的問題
最近整個時間組織有些打亂了。焦慮情緒逐漸起來了。然后因為焦慮整個人開始壓力性拖延。
反思
時間組織——
一次增加一件事，等適應(yīng)了再增加另一件；
找到了合作伙伴，最近公眾號會重新開始更，壓力比之前小很多。
