這個(gè)問(wèn)題其實(shí)比較開放，自己根據(jù)自己的經(jīng)歷來(lái)談就可以。但是這類詢問(wèn)經(jīng)歷的口語(yǔ)題會(huì)有一個(gè)套路：故事敘述+主題升華。面試官更想看到的是你通過(guò)一件事情學(xué)習(xí)到了什么，例如：溝通技巧（communication skills）、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力（language competence ）……

補(bǔ)充提升：STAR 法則

STAR 法則,即為Situation Target Action Result 的縮寫，具體含義是:

Situation: 事情是在什么情況下發(fā)生

Target: 你是如何明確你的目標(biāo)的

Action: 針對(duì)這樣的情況分析，你采用了什么行動(dòng)方式

Result: 結(jié)果怎樣，在這樣的情況下你學(xué)習(xí)到了什么

簡(jiǎn)而言之，STAR 法則，就是一種講述自己故事的方式，或者說(shuō)，是一個(gè)清晰、條理的敘述模板。不管是什么，合理熟練運(yùn)用此法則，可以輕松的對(duì)面試官描述事物的邏輯方式，表現(xiàn)出自己分析闡述問(wèn)題的清晰性、條理性和邏輯性。

示例：

In order to improve my practical ability,I became a financial intern in XXX during last summer vacation.At first, I spent most of my time helping them to sort out the data.Although it was a simple job,I need to take it very seriously. When I met something I didn't understand, I would like to ask my colleagues for advice.Gradually I learned to read financial statements. What’s more,my analytical and presentation skills have also been greatly improved.I am very grateful for this internship experience, which made me know my own shortcomings and broadened my horizons.
