Septimus Severus, the 20th Roman Emperor who quickly rose to power under Marcus Aurelius and Commodus

Liu Bei, the founder of Shu Han who despite having a later start than his rivals, carved out a realm and legacy for years to come.

The battle will be a 10 on 10 (excluding the two emperors) with one chariot per army, both emperors will be riding on horses. Each army will have a mounted archer, a charioteer, two archers, and six standard troops
