圖1：R-藻紅蛋白的細(xì)胞內(nèi)遞送到各種細(xì)胞系中。將1 μ gR-藻紅蛋白與2 μL的Pro-DeliverIN?試劑混合。然后將復(fù)合物與不同的細(xì)胞系在24孔板中孵育。24小時(shí)后通過(guò)熒光顯微鏡觀察活細(xì)胞。
