作者簡介

布魯克·福斯·韋斯特科特，英國基督教新教圣經(jīng)學(xué)者。生于伯明翰。1848年畢業(yè)于劍橋大學(xué)三一學(xué)院，1870年獲神學(xué)博士學(xué)位，同年至1890年任該院欽定神學(xué)教授。1851年任圣公會牧師職。1883年任威斯敏斯特教堂法政牧師。1890年任圣公會達(dá)勒姆主教。死于達(dá)勒姆附近的奧克蘭。與霍特合作出版的考訂版希臘文《新約》頗有影響。著有《新約正典史》、《研究福音緒論》、《英語圣經(jīng)史》等。
