Insulin is utilized to resolve ketoacidosis, no matter the glucose level; insulin infusion is recommended even if patients do not use insulin for home glucose control. Dextrose 5% is administered concurrently with IV insulin.?
不論血糖水平，胰島素都被用來緩解酮癥酸中毒；即使患者在家不用胰島素控制血糖，也建議靜滴胰島素。給靜脈胰島素同時要給5%葡萄糖。
