「釋義」

三明治一代通常指上要照顧老人，下需撫養(yǎng)子女負擔沉重的中年人。他們通常是30-45歲之間的中年人，“上有老，下有小”的這批人，多數(shù)感嘆生活艱辛、壓力太大，所以被稱為三明治一代。
