Cy3-PEG-Mal,Cy3標(biāo)記的聚乙二醇是近紅外熒光PEG衍生物,其在550nm處具有最大吸收。Cy3標(biāo)記的PEG衍生物可以很容易地從其藍(lán)色和強(qiáng)熒光追蹤到。其他的功能性允許這些熒光PEG衍生物容易地與其他分子或材料表面偶聯(lián)。
Cy3-PEG-Mal, Cy3-labeled polyethylene glycol is a near-infrared fluorescent PEG derivative with maximum absorption at 550 nm. Cy3 labeled PEG derivatives can be easily traced from their blue and strong fluorescence. Other functionalities allow these fluorescent PEG derivatives to be easily coupled with other molecules or material surfaces.
馬來(lái)酰亞胺(MAL)與巰基(-SH)在PH6.5-7.5很容易形成穩(wěn)定的硫醚鍵。PEG修飾可提高溶解度和穩(wěn)定性,減少蛋白質(zhì)和肽的免疫原性。它也能抑制帶電分子在修飾表面的非特異性結(jié)合。
Maleimide (MAL) and sulfhydryl (- SH) can easily form stable thioether bonds at PH 6.5-7.5. PEG modification can improve the solubility and stability, and reduce the immunogenicity of proteins and peptides. It can also inhibit the non-specific binding of charged molecules on the modified surface.
