COOH-PEG-COOH is a kind of bifunctional modifier, which can be used to modify peptides and other materials of proteins, amino groups or other acid reaction chemical groups. It can be used in targeted drug research and widely used in protein carriers and cross-linking of ligands. The hydroxyl terminal group at the end of PEG is replaced by carboxyl group, which mainly emphasizes the carboxyl group characteristics of ester bond formed by esterification reaction between carboxyl group and hydroxyl group, and amide formed by affinity substitution reaction with amino group, so as to effectively link peg to the required materials or small molecule drugs and polypeptides to achieve the purpose of reaction.
