重組：對(duì)于100μM儲(chǔ)備溶液，將小瓶總含量溶解在125μl無(wú)內(nèi)毒素水（包括在內(nèi)）或PBS中。為了獲得合適的溶解，建議采用以下步驟：

-加入50%的溶劑并溶解10分鐘。
