摘要：本企業(yè)制度管理系統(tǒng)是針對目前企業(yè)制度管理的實際需求，從實際工作出發(fā)，對過去的企業(yè)制度管理系統(tǒng)存在的問題進行分析，完善用戶的使用體會。采用計算機系統(tǒng)來管理信息，取代人工管理模式，查詢便利，信息準確率高，節(jié)省了開支，提高了工作的效率。

本系統(tǒng)結(jié)合計算機系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、概念、模型、原理、方法，在計算機各種優(yōu)勢的情況下，采用JAVA語言，結(jié)合SpringBoot框架與Vue框架以及MYSQL數(shù)據(jù)庫設計并實現(xiàn)的。本企業(yè)制度管理系統(tǒng)主要包括個人中心、用戶管理、部門分類管理、制度信息管理等多個模塊。它幫助企業(yè)制度管理實現(xiàn)了信息化、網(wǎng)絡化，通過測試，實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)設計目標，相比傳統(tǒng)的管理模式，本系統(tǒng)合理的利用了企業(yè)制度管理數(shù)據(jù)資源，有效的減少了企業(yè)制度管理的經(jīng)濟投入，大大提高了企業(yè)制度管理的效率。

ABSTRACT：The enterprise system management system is for the current enterprise system management of the actual needs, from the actual work, to analyze the problems of the past enterprise system management system, improve the user experience. 通過軟件的需求分析已經(jīng)獲得了系統(tǒng)的基本功能需求，根據(jù)需求，將企業(yè)制度管理系統(tǒng)功能模塊主要分為管理員模塊。管理員添加用戶管理、制度信息管理，部門分類管理、制度變更管理等操作。
