So first and that can be differed until later. Now let's have a look at two examples. Example one: In a previous project I was leading the development of a new software application for a client. The project was on a tight deadline and there were many tasks that needed to be completed. So I used the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritize tasks and was able to complete the project on time. For example, if a task is running behind schedule, I can easily see this in the software and immediately take appropriate actions such as ?reassigning resources or extending the deadline. Another key strategy that I use to keep track of project progress and adjusting plans as needed is to hold regular progress meetings. During these meetings, I bring together all team members to discuss the status of the project, including any issues or challenges that have arised and any project plans and make any necessary adjustments.
