單細(xì)胞及空間組學(xué)?？?| ZR征稿
單細(xì)胞和空間組學(xué)技術(shù)為觀察各種發(fā)育和疾病背后的分子原理提供了前所未有的細(xì)節(jié)。這些發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)生物學(xué)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的研究起到了巨大的促進(jìn)作用。然而，盡管這些技術(shù)越來(lái)越多地被應(yīng)用于解決生物學(xué)問(wèn)題，我們?nèi)匀恢皇墙沂玖舜鸢傅谋揭唤恰?/p>
為了加強(qiáng)單細(xì)胞及空間組學(xué)方向的學(xué)術(shù)交流，由中國(guó)科學(xué)院昆明動(dòng)物研究所和中國(guó)動(dòng)物學(xué)會(huì)共同主辦的Zoological Research（ZR，《動(dòng)物學(xué)研究》）擬就單細(xì)胞及時(shí)空組學(xué)領(lǐng)域熱門問(wèn)題進(jìn)行征稿。征稿詳情如下。

征稿研究主題包括但不限于以下：
? Novel data and reanalysis of in vivo and in vitro animal and human disease states and models；
? New data for developmental processes；
? Neglected model systems lacking single-cell and spatialomic data；
? Novel single-cell and spatial-omic analysis tools；
? Meta-analysis and integration of existing single-cell and spatial-omic datasets；
? Single-cell proteomics, epigenetics, and metabolomics；
? Other new single-cell and spatial-omic experimental techniques；
? Application of single-cell technologies into other areas of biology, e.g., HiC, RNA-DNA interactions；
? Applications of single-cell and spatial-omic techniques to understand evolutionary biology questions；
