感謝AD創(chuàng)作出這么棒的故事！既然虹廠都有了修訂，那么中文版也不能落下。雖然直到前不久我才意識(shí)到這個(gè)事實(shí)……不過亡羊補(bǔ)牢未為晚也。

本文只是個(gè)人閱讀分享，重心在情節(jié)和世界觀的改動(dòng)而非用詞上面（我也沒那個(gè)水平），盡量客觀呈現(xiàn)出變動(dòng)的細(xì)節(jié)，以便大家對虹廠宇宙（Factoryverse）的設(shè)定有更好的理解。如有任何疑惑問題，歡迎指出討論！

那么……就開始吧！

一、專有名稱

1、工廠的官方名字：云中城氣象公司（Cloudsdale Weather Corporation，CWC）。

修訂版：While a great amount of pegasi are employed in the Rainbow department of?the Cloudsdale Weather Corporation, almost all of them do?the Lower Factory work.

原版：While a great amount of Pegasi ponies are employed in the Rainbow department of?the weather factory, almost all of them do?the low-end work.

與此同時(shí)還確定了上層工廠（Upper Factory）和下層工廠（Lower Factory）的分區(qū)，都需要大寫。另外CWC也可以被俗稱為彩虹工廠（Rainbow Factory），一般不再稱為天氣工廠（Weather Factory），后者僅在修訂版《彩虹工廠》中出現(xiàn)了一次，出自小璐之口。

而正劇中一般稱為天氣工廠而不是彩虹工廠。算是……區(qū)分吧。

2、集體之名：Flock（這個(gè)我暫時(shí)沒有找到信達(dá)雅的中文翻譯，能同時(shí)涵蓋飛行生物、集體主義、信仰等詞素）

修訂版：If you weren’t the best or didn’t show the potential of being the greatest, you weren’t allowed to be part of?the Flock; the?‘glorious collective’?that Cloudsdalians referred to themselves as.

原版：If you weren’t the best, or didn’t show the potential of being the greatest, you weren’t allowed to be part of the ‘glorious collective’.?

這個(gè)詞可是虹廠精髓詞之一了，修訂版在這里正式引入Flock，下了定義。

不過Flock在《彩虹工廠》中也是出現(xiàn)了的。經(jīng)典slogan。

“Exactly. Praise the Flock.”（Scootaloo）

“Praise the Flock,”?Orion replied reluctantly.（Orion）

黑體是修訂版加入的內(nèi)容，更符合奧賴恩的性格。

3、工廠職務(wù)：董事（Director）

修訂版：Ever since I worked my way up here, got promoted to?Director, all thanks to your urging. I learned a lot about this place. Why do you think I pushed you so hard to train? Got so mad when you skipped practice? How do you…（Rainbow Dash）

原版：Ever since I performed that Sonic Rainboom, and they approached me... They wanted to find more ways to make Spectrum.?They thought that, if I was capable of making rainbows, I could help them make its components. Well, they couldn’t. But I learned a lot about this place. I’m the?manager?here now, you know? I worked my way up, in secret, pretending to only be simple weather control. How do you think I could afford that massive house over Ponyville? How do you...（Rainbow Dash）

修訂版：I’m one of the directors for the Corporation.（Rainbow Dash）

原版：I’m one of the Forecolts in this facility.（Rainbow Dash）

沒有經(jīng)理了。而且跟彩虹音爆、強(qiáng)迫進(jìn)廠、研究光譜什么的都沒有關(guān)系，單純一個(gè)勤奮打工馬。

多說一點(diǎn)，就我自己的認(rèn)知來說公司結(jié)構(gòu)是這樣的：目前已知的部門（Department）有彩虹生產(chǎn)部門（Rainbow Productions），閃電生產(chǎn)部門（Lightning Productions），水生產(chǎn)部門（Water Productions），空氣生產(chǎn)部門（Air Productions），物流部門（Logistics）。部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為主管（Head），同時(shí)也是董事（Director），組成董事會(huì)（Board）。彩虹生產(chǎn)部門的主管是執(zhí)行董事（Executive Director），整個(gè)公司的最大領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。

4、武器：泰瑟槍/電擊槍（taser）

是液體雷電做的武器。

修改版：liquid thunder-tipped rods

僅一處，泰瑟槍一詞第一次出現(xiàn)的地方換成了這個(gè)，后面還是使用的“taser”。

5、地獄之名：塔爾塔洛斯（Tartarus）

罵馬的時(shí)候用的，應(yīng)該是根據(jù)正劇播出后做出的符合小馬世界的修改。

修改版：You shut the?Tartarus?up about us, ……

原版：You shut the?HELL?up about us, ……

順帶一提，其他和諧詞匯也有修改：flocking/flockin’——goddamn；Celestia——God。

二、設(shè)定

1、公司董事都有進(jìn)出工廠的權(quán)力，不只是黛西的特權(quán)。

修訂版：Being a director, she was one of the only ones allowed out in public,……

原版：She was the only one allowed out in public,……

2、初代天馬設(shè)備的構(gòu)造：頂部進(jìn)料斗，內(nèi)有刀片，伸出八根像蜘蛛一樣的管子，直接插入地板，將光譜運(yùn)送到下層工廠。

總的形狀：

修訂版：At one end of the room, there was?a peculiar looking machine. It was large and cubic, and almost featureless save for eight clear glass tubes that jutted out from the sides like spider legs.?At the top of the box was a single, massive hopper,?red with rust despite the rest of the machine appearing shiny and clean.?Even further above that were a system of chains and gears that hung loosely off of a length of scaffolding.

原版：At one end of the room,there was?six square vats, each one nearly full with individual Spectra. Above them was a peculiar looking machine. 后面處理幼駒時(shí)多次強(qiáng)調(diào)了刀片，這里列出一例。

修訂版：Alternating rows of scythe-like blades drug him down until only one lone hoof directed straight up could be seen, ……

原版：……finishing with one lone hoof directed straight up, ……

沒錯(cuò)，看到刀片，我想尾煙了……

3、工廠BGM嗡嗡聲（hum）。

修訂版：Pipes ran along the ceiling, and?a loud, consistent hum?ran in the background,……

原版：Pipes ran along the ceiling, and?a loud ‘whirr’?ran in the background,……

沒有嗡嗡聲就會(huì)鬧鬼。

4、黛西和小蝶的關(guān)系。

修訂版：Fluttershy,?a former friend of Rainbow Dash’s, she’s a Pegasus who lives in Ponyville.?Rainbow Dash told me we couldn’t speak to her because?she never passed flight school; she never took her test.?（Scootaloo）

原版：Flutteryshy,?an old friend of mine, she’s a Pegasus who lives in Ponyville. She never passed flight school, she never took her test.?（Scootaloo）

修改以符合《氣象工人之歌》里面的設(shè)定。

5、工廠特色灰大門。

修訂版：Dr. Atmosphere opened a?grey, heavy-looking door in the wide corridor, ……

原版：Dr. Atmosphere opened a heavy looking door in a cramped corridor, ……

一群性冷淡的最愛。

6、海德老頭堂堂冠名，登場演講。

修訂版：A few official looking Pegasi walked in on the scaffolding, and turned to look down on the group with disgust.?Dr. Atmosphere?stood onto a small podium set up in the center, and began speaking loudly and clearly.

原版：A few official looking Pegasi walked in on the scaffolding, and turned to look down on the group with disgust.?One of them stood onto a small podium set up in the center, and began speaking loudly and clearly.?

另外順帶一說，根據(jù)修訂版的后文，這群“official looking Pegasi”應(yīng)該是董事們。你們就來看熱鬧的是吧。（）
