In Tencent Games, you have the opportunity to:

? Work directly with senior management across global and domestic games markets;

? Lead projects related to our business development independently;

? Evaluate global investment and BD opportunities;

? More importantly, drive development of new opportunities and incubate new businesses;

? Work in a team with high-calibre executives previously from top-tier consultancy firms and MBA

You will be responsible for supporting decision-makings for executives and leaders of business groups:

? Provide game changing strategy and inspire out-of-the-box thinking to senior leaders

? Plan and manage business incubation, drive product innovation and new partnerships, develop and execute go-to-market plan;

? Make key investment decisions;

? Monitor domestic and global game market. Identify emerging industry/technology trends

工作要求

We are looking for talents:

? Have more than 3 years of work experience in strategy consulting, investment banking and related Internet industry;

? Demonstrate strategic visions, business insights and in-depth knowledge of the gaming/media/entertainment industry, and other related markets (preferably a gamer!);

? Ability in interpretation of data and identify emerging market trends and business opportunities;

? Must be a self-starter, comfortable with uncertainty, and ability to drive to answers through disciplined work, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams;

? Are effective team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

? Exceptional proficiency with MS Excel & PowerPoint; working knowledge of statistics and analysis packages;

? Fluent in English and Mandarin;

? Have an entrepreneurial spirit

工作職責(zé)

1，負(fù)責(zé)支付風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的分析、識(shí)別、評估與管控；

2，結(jié)合監(jiān)管要求與業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)際情況，數(shù)據(jù)與科技驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)能力、系統(tǒng)、機(jī)制，最大限度降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)敞口。

工作要求

1，熟悉業(yè)務(wù)安全領(lǐng)域（最好是支付領(lǐng)域）常見的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；

2，掌握SQL的使用，具備數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，能夠從數(shù)據(jù)得到結(jié)論；

3，了解Python、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)常見算法者優(yōu)先，有計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)背景優(yōu)先；
