產(chǎn)品描述:TSA主要原理是利用酪胺Tyramide的過氧化物酶反應(yīng)(酪胺鹽在HRP催化H202下形成共價(jià)鍵結(jié)合位點(diǎn)),產(chǎn)生大量的酶促產(chǎn)物,該產(chǎn)物能與周圍的蛋白殘基(包括色氨酸、組氨酸和酪氨酸殘基)結(jié)合,這樣在抗原-抗體結(jié)合部位就有大量的生物素沉積,與隨后加入的Streptavidin—HRP/熒光基團(tuán)結(jié)合,經(jīng)幾次這樣的循環(huán)放大,可以結(jié)合大量的酶分子or熒光基團(tuán),結(jié)果使其檢測(cè)信號(hào)得到幾何級(jí)放大。
Cyanine7.5 is the fluorophore that has the most NIR shifted absorption and emission wavelengths among Cyanine dyes. Its absorption spectrum closely resembles that of indocyanine green (ICG) that has been much used as a contrast agent in vivo, even in humans. Its structure is also similar. Unlike ICG, Cyanine7.5 possesses better quantum yield because of a structural modification. It can be conjugated to various biomolecules via different attachment chemistries. This makes it useful as a fluorescent label for in vivo applications.
