The importance of building trust between employers and employers
In today's increasingly competitive market, there are countless companies failing to operate. Some people think the low efficiency of operation and management is the main reason for a company's defeat, while others argue that the economy is getting worse. In my way of thinking, the essence of failures of company operation is the inability to trust other employers.
Here are some reasons why building trust between employers and employers is gaining greater importance. First of all, the inability of trust causes low efficiency of management and operation. The essential objective of companies is to provide customers with services, which is a process. If there is no trust between these two, they will change their initial objective into the attacks and securities, which result in low efficiency. Secondly, the inability of trust can cause greater competitiveness between employers and employers so that it turns unity into division. Finally, the inability of trust will hurt themselves. Because of suspicion, employers have to issue various directives to their employees which may get their employees out of their attention to works.
Employers have the duty to build trust with each other to ensure the high quality of services they provide.? Neglect of it will end up failing to operate companies.
