Patients appear aware but are disoriented and, rarely, agitated. The typical patient will be confused, yet responsive, in a ‘trance-like state’ with delayed speech, clumsy gait, and ability to perform simple tasks after prompting。
患者看起來(lái)是有意識(shí)的,但沒(méi)有方向感,偶爾會(huì)有煩躁。典型患者將是神智恍惚,但有反應(yīng),處于一種話語(yǔ)遲緩,動(dòng)作笨拙,但能夠在提示下完成簡(jiǎn)單任務(wù)的“表演狀態(tài)”。
