Oregon Green 488(監(jiān)測酸性細胞器或通路中pH)是一種氟化熒光素染料。在水溶液中以互變異構(gòu)體的形式存在。Oregon Green 488在生理pH值下具有最小的pH依賴性，但由于其pKa=4.8較低。因此可以用作細胞內(nèi)pH值的指示劑。與熒光素相比，Oregon Green 488對光漂白的敏感性較低。Oregon Green 488已與抗體和蛋白質(zhì)以及DNA結(jié)合，用于標記和檢測。Oregon Green 488 偶聯(lián)物的標準物質(zhì)或中等酸性溶液（pKa 值 ～4.7）的 pH 值敏感探頭。Emission\Excitation: 514 nm\490 nm。
