1. 如果不能去除血清或胰蛋白酶中的支原體,可以將濃度為5μg/ml的支原體清除劑添加到培養(yǎng)基中,以防止接觸這些產(chǎn)品的細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)物受到污染;
2. 支原體清除劑自發(fā)貨之日起保質(zhì)期長(zhǎng)達(dá)5年,在室溫下也很穩(wěn)定,但應(yīng)避光以防分解;
3. 支原體清除劑的細(xì)胞毒性較低,但是,當(dāng)用支原體去除劑處理時(shí),高度受支原體污染的細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)物可能會(huì)表現(xiàn)出細(xì)胞特性的改變或?qū)?xì)胞毒性抗生素的敏感性,因此,在這些情況下,建議在處理后檢查預(yù)期的細(xì)胞特性。
