1.應(yīng)試者的儀表風(fēng)度

儀表風(fēng)度是指應(yīng)試者的體態(tài)外貌、穿著舉止以及精神狀態(tài)等。其具體要求是：

穿著整齊、得體、無(wú)明顯失誤；沉著、穩(wěn)重、大方；走路、敲門(mén)、坐椅符合禮節(jié)；精力充沛；口語(yǔ)文雅、禮貌。

對(duì)儀態(tài)風(fēng)度的測(cè)定沒(méi)有專(zhuān)門(mén)的題目，而是由考官在整個(gè)面試過(guò)程中通過(guò)觀察給應(yīng)試者一個(gè)評(píng)定，所以就要求應(yīng)試者在整個(gè)面試過(guò)程中保持始終如一的儀態(tài)風(fēng)度。由于在應(yīng)試者進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)后，考官首先看到的就是儀態(tài)風(fēng)度，這就使考官在面試正式開(kāi)始前就對(duì)應(yīng)試者有了個(gè)最初的印象，而這個(gè)最初的印象將給考官留下很深的印象，并進(jìn)而影響甚至控制著在正式面試中考官對(duì)應(yīng)試者的評(píng)價(jià)。正如一位有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的主考官所說(shuō)，一個(gè)人能否被錄用往往在他步入考場(chǎng)的那一瞬間就決定了，雖然此話有些夸張儀態(tài)風(fēng)度對(duì)面試的影響，但其重要由此也可見(jiàn)一斑。

所謂智力，是指人對(duì)客觀事物的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解能力，智力的因素包括觀察能力、記憶能力、思維能力與想象能力。智力是人的各種能力的基礎(chǔ)。

（1）觀察能力 觀察是一種有目的、有計(jì)劃、有意識(shí)、有選擇地感知客觀事物的過(guò)程，是人們大量積累材料、增加感認(rèn)識(shí)的主動(dòng)形式。 觀察能力的評(píng)分要點(diǎn)是觀察的廣度，精確度和整體如何。

背景型問(wèn)題目的用于初步了解應(yīng)試者的志向、學(xué)習(xí)、工作等基本背景，并為以后提問(wèn)搜集話題的問(wèn)題類(lèi)型。問(wèn)題特點(diǎn)是讓每位應(yīng)試者都有話可講，且能自由發(fā)揮，使應(yīng)試者輕松、自然地進(jìn)入面試情景；同時(shí)也考察應(yīng)試者能否在短短的幾分鐘內(nèi)盡可能多地展現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)，又做到簡(jiǎn)明扼要，重點(diǎn)突出，能考察應(yīng)試者的言語(yǔ)表達(dá)和思維的邏輯。?

9.情景型問(wèn)題（案例型問(wèn)題）

情景型問(wèn)題是通過(guò)情景試題考察應(yīng)試者的應(yīng)變能力、情緒穩(wěn)定、計(jì)劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)能力等個(gè)及能力的試題形式。

10.行為型問(wèn)題

行為型問(wèn)題是用于考察應(yīng)試者行為技巧和能力的試題形式，如考察人際交往的意義和技巧，組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，人際交往能力，特別是解決平級(jí)組織間矛盾問(wèn)題的能力，以及著重考察其人際溝通以及與同事建立信任關(guān)系等行為技巧和能力。

11.智能型問(wèn)題

智能型問(wèn)題是通過(guò)對(duì)比較復(fù)雜的社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題的討論，考察應(yīng)試者的綜合分析能力，也在一定程度上考察應(yīng)試者對(duì)社會(huì)的關(guān)心程度。這類(lèi)題一般不是要應(yīng)試者發(fā)表專(zhuān)業(yè)的觀點(diǎn)，也不是對(duì)觀點(diǎn)本身正確與否做評(píng)價(jià)，而主要是看應(yīng)試者是否能言之成理。

12.意愿型問(wèn)題

意愿型問(wèn)題是考察應(yīng)試者的求知?jiǎng)訖C(jī)與擬任職位的匹配、應(yīng)試者的價(jià)值取向和生活態(tài)度。 如：你為何想離開(kāi)原工作單位？又為什么報(bào)考現(xiàn)在的崗位？這次報(bào)考倘若未被錄用，你將有何打算？（報(bào)考動(dòng)機(jī)是否符合擬任職位所需條件，應(yīng)試者是否既對(duì)報(bào)考的工作崗位有正確認(rèn)識(shí)和強(qiáng)烈動(dòng)機(jī)，又能正確對(duì)待挫折，抱有積極的生活態(tài)度。）

13.知識(shí)型問(wèn)題

知識(shí)型問(wèn)題是通過(guò)應(yīng)試者的回答，可了解其知識(shí)面，個(gè)傾向和思維方式等情況的問(wèn)題。

My name is Liyan Hua ,my classmates all call me XiaoHua . it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today. now i will introduce myself briefly,

I am 24 years old,born in Jiangsu province .I am curruently a senior student at wuxi fishery college of nanjing agricultural university, .my major is aqucultuer,and I will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in july .

In the past 4 years,I spend most of my time on study,I have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and I have acquired basic knowledge of Aquaculture both in theory and in practice.by practicing in culture farm of yixing city, changshu city and yancheng city.

Besides,On the base of my Three years’ work in students union, my character? I cannot describe it well, but I know I am optimistic and confident. I also do many things as parttime job.though it was very hard ,I think I have learned what I can not acquire in my study .it is worth doing them i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is playing badminton, playing cards or surf online.

I like my majior. i will study hard in it in the postgraduate period, I think the postgraduate study can enrich my knowledge and make me competent in my future career.
