You have finished learning all the beginning level grammar. Here are some suggestions for your next step:
1 Learn an intermediate grammar
Doubtlessly, you need revising the beginning level grammar. But as well, you should go deeper into it by referring to another intermediate grammar. Some topics that are not covered or only discussed very briefly will be provided by an intermediate book. And by reading an intermediate grammar, you can gain a more in-depth insight into the grammar of beginner’s level.
?
2 Learn a more detailed textbook about inflection (or even a specific grammar book)
Our basic task for beginning level grammar is to learn the inflection: declension and conjugation
But we miss a lot of details. For example, the third declension nouns have about 30 different paradigms, yet we only cover the easiest seven of them. There are much more to learn.
?
3 Learn a syntax textbook
Very little about syntax is covered so far. And if you want to have an in-depth understanding of the text, you should not only count on a compilation of discrete word meanings. Instead, you need to equip yourself with a broader view. Syntax can help a lot.
?
4 Read, read and read
Needless to say, you need to read way much more in your next level of study.
You can have two routes:
Read a whole book of the NT, for example John
Read a collection of excerpts of NT, and this has been done by some intermediate textbooks (William Mounce)
