今天的內(nèi)容分兩部分，英語詞匯部分、學(xué)習(xí)打卡部分。二月中旬開始加入法語語法的部分。
英語詞匯部分——
somebody is cantankerous某人很愛發(fā)牢騷；

遇到的問題
花了很多時間走神，考慮之后的時間安排與內(nèi)容組織，整個事情做起來拖慢了很多，而且昨天又失眠了，起晚了。
反思
時間組織——
增加自習(xí)時間，不在b站上顯示。
增加視頻的制作，每天不限量，有兩方面內(nèi)容有一點靈感。想好了就開始著手做。
失眠：狂吞褪黑素，一定要把作息調(diào)成正常。
