????????據(jù)CNN報(bào)道，該書銷量驚人，14日正式出版發(fā)行后，其紙質(zhì)書、電子書及音頻的首日銷量合計(jì)達(dá)到95萬份，并登上了亞馬遜暢銷書排行的榜首。
