超高分子量聚乙烯板突出優(yōu)異特性:
1、耐磨性高居各類純塑料,而且隨分子量的增大而提高;UHMWPE與鋼、銅配對時容易產(chǎn)生粘著磨損,對配偶件的磨損小。使用壽命高于鋼質(zhì),耐磨性是炭鋼及不銹鋼的3~7倍;
2、自潤滑性很好,滾動摩擦系數(shù)在塑料中較低,可以在無潤滑下以滑動或轉(zhuǎn)動的形式工作,其潤滑性比鋼和銅在有潤滑油的情況下還要好!
3、具有很強的吸收沖擊能和摩擦消音的性能,有摩擦噪聲小的優(yōu)點;
4、沖擊強度列塑料,是現(xiàn)有塑料品種中較耐沖擊的一種,常溫沖擊強度可與聚碳酸酯PC媲美,而低溫沖擊強度甚至比聚碳酸酯PC還要好;其沖擊強度是ABS的8倍、PA66的10倍、POM的22倍、PBT的25倍!
5、耐疲勞性很好,耐疲勞強度大于50萬次;
6、分子量較大,但不飽和鍵很少,因此具有優(yōu)良的耐化學(xué)腐蝕性,能耐各類腐蝕性介質(zhì),比如:酸、堿、鹽,也能耐各類有機溶劑;
7、耐環(huán)境應(yīng)力開裂的性能很好,是普通乙烯的200倍,抗應(yīng)力開裂時間高達(dá)4000小時;而且耐高溫蠕變性也非常好;UHMWPE的耐輻射性亦很好;
