fronting 前置
Fronting is a term which refer to removal of an item from the unmarked post-subject position to marked pre-subject position.
for exemple:
"this man over there people?in the vicinity have?a very?lower option of "
"?people?in the vicinity?have?a very?lower option of this man over there"
unit nouns 單位名詞
there are a number?of nouns?which can be?used with to mass nouns (不可數(shù)名詞) to indicate the units called unitnouns.
the most common one are bit and piece.
tag question 反義疑問句
A tag question is a question that normally consists of a statment and a question tag.
"he is a good boy,didn't he"
the infinitive?動詞不定式
the infinive occurs as a?verb in the base form which may?go with or without to,the former being called the to-infinitive and the latter one called bare-infinitive.
for example:
he expected to finish the word.(to-infinitive)
he may finsh it.(bare-infinitive)
