Our company regularly initiates legal proceedings against perpetrators of malicious activities related to LE SSERAFIM, including defamation, personal attacks, sexual harassment, the spread of groundless information, and ill-intentioned criticism. We would like to provide an update on these activities.
本公司定期針對與LE SSERAFIM有關(guān)的惡意活動的實(shí)施者提起法律訴訟，包括誹謗、人身攻擊、性騷擾、傳播毫無根據(jù)的信息和惡意批評。 我們想提供有關(guān)這些活動的更新。
To strengthen the protection of artist rights, we have recently upgraded the system we use to monitor and collect evidence of malicious postings in real time. We have filed several criminal complaints with law enforcement agencies against the authors and disseminators of malicious postings, based on evidence submitted by our fans as well as collected through our internal monitoring system.
為了加強(qiáng)對藝人權(quán)利的保護(hù)，我們最近升級了用于實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控和收集惡意帖子證據(jù)的系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)我們的粉絲提交的證據(jù)以及通過我們的內(nèi)部監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)收集的證據(jù)，我們已經(jīng)向執(zhí)法機(jī)構(gòu)提出了幾起針對惡意帖子作者和傳播者的刑事投訴。
In the criminal complaints, we included postings and comments involving sexual harassment on the account of their violation of Obscene Acts by Using Means of Communication. We also recognize the gravity of malicious acts involving the creation and dissemination of digitally manipulated explicit materials incorporating the artists’ photographs, which we are addressing via legal measures.

All types of malicious slander, violent and vulgar comments that arouse aversion, and postings that engage in habitual name-calling and ridicule are also subject to legal action.

We would like to inform you that we will continue to take strong legal measures against malicious postings that violate our artists’ rights. Our policy of no settlement and no leniency under any circumstances during the legal proceedings against such invasion of artists’ rights remains in effect.
我們想通知您，我們將繼續(xù)對侵犯我們藝人權(quán)利的惡意發(fā)帖采取強(qiáng)有力的法律措施。在針對此類侵犯藝人權(quán)利的法律訴訟中，我們在任何情況下都不會和解、不會寬大處理的政策仍然有效。
We would also like to inform you that we secured the identity of a malicious poster whom we had previously taken legal action against. Upon the prosecutor’s investigation, the poster was found guilty of defamation and received legal punishment.
我們還想通知你，我們已經(jīng)確認(rèn)了一個惡意發(fā)帖者的身份，我們之前已經(jīng)對他采取了法律行動。經(jīng)過檢察官的調(diào)查，該發(fā)帖者被認(rèn)定為誹謗罪，并受到法律處罰。
We will regularly collect information on malicious postings regarding LE SSERAFIM, report them to the authorities and take legal action. We ask that our fans make continued use of our hotline (protect@sourcemusic.com) to report any cases of abuse.
