2 狀語(yǔ)從句的名詞化

狀語(yǔ)從句轉(zhuǎn)化為名詞短語(yǔ)，用介詞替代狀語(yǔ)從句的連接副詞，構(gòu)成介詞短語(yǔ)作狀語(yǔ)。

如果你幫助他，他就可能按時(shí)完成任務(wù)。

If you had helped him, he could have finished the task on time. （條件狀語(yǔ)從句If you had helped him）

With your help, he could have finished the task on time. （介詞短語(yǔ)With your help）

工人們反對(duì)老板，因?yàn)樗軞埧帷?/p>

The workers opposed the boss because he was cruel. （原因狀語(yǔ)從句because he was cruel）

可以作主語(yǔ)、賓語(yǔ)、標(biāo)語(yǔ)、定語(yǔ)、補(bǔ)足語(yǔ)、同位語(yǔ)、獨(dú)立成分、狀語(yǔ)

1 作主語(yǔ)

These ideas may seem strange to you. 這些想法你也許會(huì)覺(jué)得奇怪。（These ideas）

A strange feeling of deep gloom came down on me. 一種陰郁至極的怪異感覺(jué)降臨在我身上。（A strange feeling of deep gloom）

2 作賓語(yǔ)

We’ve got loads of homework tonight. 今晚我們有許多家庭作業(yè)要做。（loads of homework tonight）

They have been working from morning to night. 他們從早到晚一直在工作。（morning to night，此處是介詞from的賓語(yǔ)，加上from就是句子的狀語(yǔ)）
