猴痘病毒

猴痘病毒(Mpox virus,MPXV)與天花病毒一樣,屬于正痘病毒屬。其形態(tài)與正痘病毒一致, 外形為圓角磚形或卵圓形,大小為200~400nm。磚形或卵圓狀,外被脂蛋白膜或封套,中間具有兩個含蛋白質(zhì)的側(cè)體,有1個厚膜核心,核心內(nèi)含很大的雙鏈DNA基因體。M痘病毒的基因組為雙鏈DNA,長約197kb,基因組末端包含一個相同但方向相反的末端反向重復(fù)序列。該病毒包含190個開放閱讀框,其中4個位于末端反向重復(fù)序列中。猴痘病毒核心蛋白為A29L, A35R, B6R, M1R, H3L

Monkeypox virus/MPXV?A29L
A29L是細胞內(nèi)成熟病毒(IMV)表面包膜蛋白(與牛痘病毒VACV,A27同源)。溶瘤痘苗病毒(VV)屬于痘病毒科中一擁有192kb雙螺旋DNA遺傳物質(zhì)的病毒,會在細胞質(zhì)中繁殖出具有鞘膜的病毒,進而感染其他不同種的哺乳動物細胞及個體.VV中的A27L基因能表達出一14kDa大小的鞘膜蛋白,此蛋白能與細胞表面上的硫酸乙酰肝素(Heparan Sulfate)作用使病毒跟細胞結(jié)合并且可催化細胞融合。
