?煙霧探測器CE認證（歐盟強制認證）－簡介

在歐盟市場“CE”標志屬強制性認證標志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術協(xié)調(diào)與標準化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產(chǎn)品提出的一種強制性要求。

在煙霧探測器加貼CE標志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關標準（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 54-7）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費者保護。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。

注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強制執(zhí)行

B．歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標準：

EN 54-7: Fire detection and fire alarm systems - Part 7: Smoke detectors - Point detectors using scattered light, transmitted light or ionization；

煙霧探測器CE認證?–EN 54-7 – 涉及的產(chǎn)品范圍

This European Standard specifies requirements, test methods and performance criteria for point smoke detectors that operate using scattered light, transmitted light or ionization, intended for use in fire detection and fire alarm systems installed in and around buildings (see EN 54-1:2011).

This European standard provides for the assessment of verification of constancy of performance (AVCP)of point smoke detectors to this EN.

For other types of smoke detector, or smoke detectors working on different principles, this standard should only be used for guidance. Smoke detectors with special characteristics and developed for specific risks are not covered by this standard.

本歐洲標準規(guī)定了使用散射光，透射光或電離操作的點煙霧探測器的要求，測試方法和性能標準，用于安裝在建筑物內(nèi)和周圍的火災探測和火災報警系統(tǒng)(見EN 54-1:2011)。

本歐洲標準規(guī)定了點煙霧探測器性能穩(wěn)定性(AVCP)的評估驗證。

對于其他類型的感煙探測器，或工作原理不同的感煙探測器，本標準僅用于指導。具有特殊特性和為特定風險而開發(fā)的煙霧探測器不包括在本標準范圍內(nèi)。

煙霧探測器CE認證－EN 54-7–認證流程

1、確定需要認證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，煙霧探測器需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標準，煙霧探測器需符合協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 54-7

4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 54-7進行測試評估

5、獲得由歐盟公告機構頒發(fā)的測試報告和證書

6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)

7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機構編碼的CE標志

8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
