五月花
I read an article named May Flowers by Echo last night, which helped to build another sleepless night.? Echo in my impression has always been a wise, optimistic, ethusiastic, open minded lady. Let's be honest, I don't think any words meaning negative fits her. I was fascinated by the way she depicted her life, dreamy and free. Like there is nothing to be worried about in her life because she's always determined to conquer the strifles. yet this article changed my view about her life, through which I saw a much more complete image of her life. This article mainly talked about how she visited her husband José, a professional diver working in Africa as a technician who needs to drag the sunk ships out of the ocean failed to get his salaries and how Echo tried whatever she can to fight with his boss. in this article, Jose was exploied as a slave to some extent. He had to work alomost 14 hours everyday for more than 3 months but didn't get paid. as Echo describes, he is anything but scrupulous.? Also, out of his pride and self-esteem, he is not willing to give up the job easily because he just get laid off and feared that if he lose the job again, Echo will be unhappy.
