Less experienced one --

I am an experienced IT project manager with over eight years of experience in managing IT projects from concept to delivery. Once potential risks have been identified, they must be assessed in order to determine the potential impact on the project. This involves assessing the likelihood of the risk occurring and the potential consequences if it does occur. 3-- Risk Mitigation. Once potential risks have been identified and assessed, the next step is to implement strategies to mitigate those risks. This may involve developing a risk management plan that outlines specific actions that will be taken to mitigate the risk such as increasing project budget or allocating additional resources.?4-- Risk Monitoring and Control.?The final step in mitigating and managing risks is to monitor and control risks throughout the project. This may involve regularly reviewing project progress to identify potential risks and taking action to mitigate them.

Two examples of risks that I have mitigated and managed in my project include the following:

Second, I make sure to communicate information in a clear and concise manner. This includes breaking down complex information into smaller chunks and providing visual aids such as charts and diagrams to make it easier for team members and stakeholders to understand.
