回應(yīng)美國副總統(tǒng)彭斯在南海、“一帶一路”建設(shè)等問題上對(duì)中方的批評(píng)。

吳謙大校：

• 當(dāng)前的南海局勢(shì)總體趨穩(wěn)向好，中方為此做了大量卓有成效的工作。反觀美方，頻繁在南海挑事兒，頻繁地炫耀武力，推動(dòng)南海“軍事化”?？梢哉f，美方不愿看到南海風(fēng)平浪靜，這已是司馬昭之心，路人皆知。

• The situation in the South China Sea has been improving steadily. And China has made effective efforts for that. In contrast, the US frequently stirs up troubles and flexs muscles in the region to escalate militarization in the South China Sea. It is now plain clear that the US is not willing to see peace and tranquility in the region.

• 關(guān)于“一帶一路”倡議，我們多次講過，這是一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)合作倡議，并沒有地緣戰(zhàn)略和軍事意圖。我們也奉勸美方摘下有色眼鏡，停止編造謊言。

• As for the BRI, we have?said on many occasions that it is an initiative for economic cooperation and has nothing to do with geopolitics and has no military intention. We urge the US to put away its prejudice and stop making lies.

吳謙大校：

• 臺(tái)灣是中國的一部分，臺(tái)灣問題是中國內(nèi)政，事關(guān)中國核心利益和中國人民民族感情，不容任何外來干涉。

• Taiwan is part of China. The Taiwan question is China’s internal affairs and it has to do with China’s core interests and it has a direct bearing on the Chinese people’s feelings. Therefore it brooks no foreign interference.

• 美方最近頻繁打“臺(tái)灣牌”，妄圖“以臺(tái)制華”，這完全是癡心妄想。

• Recently the US side frequently plays the Taiwan card in an attempt to use Taiwan to contain China, which is merely wishful thinking.

• 一個(gè)中國原則是國際社會(huì)的普遍共識(shí)，也是中美建交和發(fā)展關(guān)系的重要政治基礎(chǔ)。美方一系列舉動(dòng)是在“玩火”，嚴(yán)重危害中美兩國兩軍關(guān)系發(fā)展，嚴(yán)重危害臺(tái)海地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定。

• The “One China” principle is widely accepted by international community and also serves as the?pivotal?political foundation of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and the US. • 我個(gè)人想講三點(diǎn)：第一，有問題，別藏著掖著，還是要講出來，要講話；

• I would like to offer three points of personal idea. First, if there are problems, don’t hide them. Just speak it out, publicly.

• 第二，講話不能亂講，要客觀理性，要基于事實(shí)；

• Second, don't make false accusations. Arguments should really be objective and be based on facts.

• 第三，事實(shí)不容捏造，公道自在人心。

• Third, facts should not be fabricated.?Justice will always prevail.
