Yesterday, President Estevao issued a nation wide state of emergency before being rushed off by special forces.

Prime Minister Yevgeni stayed behind to provide limited answers on the situation.

"This is a first step to secure our nation from the pandemic sweeping the globe; we are taking every possible measure to keep everyone safe."

Reporter Peter Lyosha asked about when the state of emergency will be repealed, to which Yevgeni stated: "At this point in time we are unable to say."

He also urged everyone to "Keep calm and carry on life as normal." Any other questions asked where met with no comment.

If you have tried visiting any of the national and historical monuments lately, you have seen the massive fences and armed guards patrolling the area.

When questioned about it, General Ares provided a basic explanation:

"These sites are major historical monuments. We are taking extra precautions to preserve our history in these drastic times."

Among these locations are the Acropolis, The Delphi, the Minoan Palace of Knossos, Meteora Monastery and much more.

They will be closed down until the state of emergency has been lifted. General Ares also mentioned that "Use of [Deadly] force has been authorized for all the guards."

Major European nations have begun to fall into total anarchy due to the spreading pandemic. In response to these events, last Sunday, President Estevao announced the establishment of the Epirus-Thrace Blockade.

The Epirus-Thrace Blockade currently stretches from the Epirus Region all the way to Eastern Macedonia and Thrace. Reinforced by the Army, Air force, and Navy; it is said to be the frontier against the sweeping infection and the hordes of "zombies" it brings. As stated by General Keandre,?

"No travel is permitted through the blockade, and anyone attempting to access it will be met with hostile force."

Along with the establishment of the Epirus-Thrace blockade, checkpoints have been set up at every region's borders. When asked about them, General Keandre commented that:

"[the checkpoints] have been created to protect and defend the citizens of Greece should the [zombies] breach the Eprius-Thrace Blockade"

Despite this, many historians and tacticians have shed their doubts saying that a wall so ambitious spreads our forces too thin to deal with a threat so gigantic.

Yesterday, at six twenty in the afternoon, a breach occurred in the Western Macedonia region of the of the Epirus-Thrace blockage according to recorded footage. Shortly after, the military was seen regrouping 30 kilometers behind the blockade. Government officials have refused to make any comments on the situation other than to urge everyone that the blockade is still in effect and working.

Police officials have been urging everyone to stock up on food, water, and other vital supplies. "In times like these it is best to avoid human contact and stay indoors where it is safe." replied Commissioner Claes when questioned about his thoughts on the situation. "The situation is bound to get worse, but that will only get amplified by chaos."

We did it! I wasn't sure it even existed, but the rumors were indeed true. After a week of travel we found the Hellenic Stronghold.

Collis and I waited in line for a good 3 hours or so before they let us in, but otherwise we got in easily. They took us to this tent which is where we'll be calling home. I haven't felt this safe in forever...

Tomorrow we are attending a "briefing" and tour of the compound. I wonder what life will be like here...

A man by the name of Owen came by today, said he was looking for survivors and that our makeshift fortifications had caught his eye.

At first we were all wary of him, but he was actually quite a pleasant person. We took him inside for a meal and chatted with him for a good hour.

As it just turns out, he had stumbled upon an old abandoned bunker just up the road and was looking for people to help get him inside. Not many are too keen on leaving our little fort, but I haven't much to lose so along with a few others I'll accompany him there tomorrow!

...If it is as great as he says it is, then there just might be hope for us, but I've got to try and not get my hopes up.

We've been seeing scattered groups and miniature convoys of soldiers seemingly fleeing, but from what? Could that second blockade have fallen? I don't know if I want to stick around to find out.

I still can not guarantee that whatever Dr. Basil?is trying to imply is ture. The statue of?Zeus has been missing for weeks and that shipment was the only one without proper documentation of its carriage on board. Of all the vessels headed for Evia during that period, the S.S.Psama was the only one that never reached its destination on December 20th.

This all seems exceptionally questionable. How could we not identify the ship until now? Why is no one even going to think Dr. Basil and the rest of they were somehow involved in the bombandment of the vessel, however I'd rather not come to such incriminating conclusions for the time being.

I have secretly sent elite team of deep water divers to scout the wreckage two weeks ago and they've asked me to travel to the North Eastern coast of Bulgaria because apparently they had made some sort of?finding which "I should see myself to believe".
