總是擔(dān)心客戶要免費(fèi)樣品,怎么辦

在外貿(mào)中,很多客戶都會(huì)問(wèn)一個(gè)問(wèn)題
?Can you send us a sample?
我們要怎么回這個(gè)問(wèn)題呢?以下分享五種回復(fù)方式:
1、Generally our sample price is 15% higher than wholesale price, but to?support you, we decided to give you our wholesale price. Please find attached sample Pl, and kindly arrange sample cost and shipping cost to us.
告訴客戶,樣品費(fèi)比批發(fā)是貴一點(diǎn)的。為了顯示誠(chéng)意??梢越o批發(fā)價(jià)購(gòu)買。
Please don't worry, after you make formal order, we will refund all sample cost to?you.
并承諾你以后下訂單返還樣品費(fèi)。
2、Our company sent out a lot of samples last year, but after calculation by our accounting department, the cost is too big, so this year we can't do this.
不說(shuō)自己不肯給免費(fèi)樣品,把鍋轉(zhuǎn)給財(cái)務(wù)啊,說(shuō)是財(cái)務(wù)不讓的免費(fèi)樣品啦。
But to support you, after application, you can pay half sample cost, please find?attached Pl, and confirm by return.
但是為了顯示成交誠(chéng)意。付一半樣品費(fèi)吧!
We will arrange sample immediately after we receive your payment.

告訴客戶,后期正式訂單的時(shí)候,我們也會(huì)全額返還所有的樣品費(fèi)用。

要免費(fèi)樣品的也不是不可以,回答幾個(gè)問(wèn)題啊。根據(jù)客戶的實(shí)際情況權(quán)衡一下。
①?If everything is OK, when will you place order?
②Can you advise general quantity?
③How you sell your goods?
④?How many goods you import from China last year?
⑤How often you place order from China?
大家可以根據(jù)自家的產(chǎn)品,設(shè)計(jì)幾個(gè)問(wèn)題,目的是獲得更多客戶信息,看免費(fèi)樣品值不值。

做個(gè)視頻上傳到?YouTube,讓客戶看視頻。

做外貿(mào)呢不要因?yàn)榭蛻舨桓稑悠焚M(fèi),就放棄了與客戶成交的機(jī)會(huì)。
具體問(wèn)題具體分析,但前提一定要記住,這個(gè)客戶值不值得我們給免費(fèi)樣品,也就是認(rèn)真分析客戶很重要。
