外貿(mào)開發(fā)信怎么寫?開發(fā)信獲客的技巧全在這!
See ya~我是真心分享外貿(mào)干貨的Annie,開發(fā)信回復率低,不會寫,詞窮,導致做外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)的你頻頻受阻,實在太難受了,要想成為一個成功的業(yè)務(wù)員,必然要學會寫開發(fā)信,那開發(fā)信寫的好壞也天差地別,優(yōu)秀業(yè)務(wù)員的開發(fā)信打開率就是很高,為業(yè)務(wù)提升帶來了很多質(zhì)變,在這方面我個人覺得最重要的是自己的思考和總結(jié)提升。辦法其實很多都一樣。今天Annie在這里分享一下自己的開發(fā)信思路,如果表達的不夠正確,也歡迎大家指出。
我從八個技巧和六個我常用的模板出發(fā),如果用了我的辦法,不代表能立馬開大單,但至少可以保證有穩(wěn)定的回信率。

Annie的8個開發(fā)信細節(jié)技巧
標題:產(chǎn)品名稱即可,不要添加多余語言。
開頭語:簡潔帶過,展示你是專業(yè)老練的商人。避免過多寒喧。
避免主動介紹自己太過詳細,避免給人推銷的感覺。不過多介紹自己會給客戶自信和專業(yè)的印象,這對你來說非常重要。通常兩句介紹即可。
簡潔開頭后立即進入正文,即報價。客戶最關(guān)心的是產(chǎn)品規(guī)格與價格。如果不能提供客戶需要的東西,他們可能不會回復。立即進入報價能展示你的專業(yè)和誠意,節(jié)約雙方時間,特別是對于歐美商人。
報價必須是實價,并與市場行情相符。價格過低會讓客戶覺得你不是專業(yè)人士,價格過高則會嚇跑客戶。了解市場行情后再報價尤為重要,對于新產(chǎn)品和外貿(mào)公司尤其如此。
第一次聯(lián)系客戶時最好不要主動附上圖片,以免被刪或被國外反垃圾郵件軟件攔截。
第一次聯(lián)系客戶最好使用HOTMAIL郵箱或在郵件中附上你的更多最新資料,請注意中國郵件服務(wù)商(如QQ郵箱)可能會被國外列入黑名單,你發(fā)送的郵件可能無法進入客戶的郵箱,或者客戶回復的郵件你也無法收到。使用HOTMAIL郵箱一般不會有這個問題。
建議:如果你無法提供有競爭力的價格,最好不要聯(lián)系客戶,因為如果無法報價,很可能無法成交。不僅客戶可能不會理你,你也會浪費你和客戶的寶貴時間。對于外貿(mào)公司來說,更好地努力在貨源方面下功夫會取得更好的效果。
總之,聯(lián)系客戶的目的是為了最終成交。為了實現(xiàn)這個目標,你至少要滿足產(chǎn)品規(guī)格相符和提供適當?shù)某隹趫髢r這兩個要求。直接討論這兩個重要問題不僅符合外國客戶的喜好,而且能大大縮短成交的時間,何樂而不為呢?
