最近，許多賣家詢問CPC認證提交審核后，還是不通過，明明自己提交CPC認證和相關(guān)資料，依然被拒絕。

已經(jīng)提交了相關(guān)的CPC以及CPSC還有注冊卡等相關(guān)資料，跟蹤標簽也有按照亞馬遜的需求做了，但是提交之后一直反饋的跟蹤標簽不包括以下內(nèi)容：

· 顯示永久貼在實物產(chǎn)品上的跟蹤標簽的圖像。

· 圖像顯示跟蹤標簽永久貼在產(chǎn)品包裝上。

· 位于美國的制造商或自有品牌商(分銷商)名稱和地址

· 有關(guān)制造過程的詳細信息，例如批次或運行編號，或其他識別特征

為什么美國兒童玩具需要追蹤標簽？

根據(jù)CPSIA修正案的要求，全部的兒童產(chǎn)品必須在產(chǎn)品和包裝上加貼溯源標簽（跟蹤標簽），并且標簽必須清晰容易辨認。以下為具體完整的展示內(nèi)容：

●溯源標簽：所有兒童商品必須具有易辨認的永久性標志（又稱“追蹤標簽”），這些標志貼在商品和商品包裝上，且字體清晰可辨，并且必須提供某些識別信息。

●警告標簽：對于供三歲至六歲兒童使用的玩具或游戲，需要提供警告或警告標簽。警告聲明可以警告潛在買家可能存在潛在的危險。

●耐用嬰兒或著幼兒產(chǎn)品例如：嬰兒學(xué)步車、浴椅、搖籃、嬰兒床、高腳椅等的進口商、制造商和自有品牌商，除了需要滿足基本溯源標簽要求之外，還必須附加產(chǎn)品標記和產(chǎn)品注冊卡。

那么，除了缺少追蹤標簽和信息CPC不通過的原因還有哪些？

首先需要查看你的CPC證書是否按要求包含以下七點信息：

1、產(chǎn)品信息；

2、產(chǎn)品適用的所有的法規(guī)和條列；

3、進口商或制造商（美國本土）的信息：包括名稱、地址和電話；

4、支撐證書的檢測結(jié)果檔案持有人的聯(lián)系信息：名稱、地址、郵箱地址和電話。（通?？梢岳斫鉃槊绹就烈酝獾闹圃焐蹋?；

5、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)日期和地址，生產(chǎn)日期必須到年月，地址必須到城市；

6、檢測時間和地址或者證書基于的檢測報告

7、第三方檢測機構(gòu)信息（CPSC認可的實驗室）：名稱、地址、聯(lián)系電話。

如果你的證書包含了以上信息還是被拒了，則需要根據(jù)亞馬遜的回復(fù)郵件內(nèi)容針對性解決。

亞馬遜回復(fù)郵件

1、年齡問題

We noticed that the Age Grade listed on the detail page [AGE:12.00 under attribute: manufacturer_minimum_age] does not match the Tested Age Grade [AGE:5+ years] in the submitted test reports for

原因：Listing后臺年齡與證書年齡不匹配（或Listing后臺缺少產(chǎn)品的適用年齡描述），在后臺把年齡修改與證書上的一致。

2、警告語問題

In order to list these toys on Amazon, please apply by submitting the following item.Please update CPSIA Warning Attribute in detail page.

原因：產(chǎn)品頁面編輯頁面CPSIA那欄沒有填寫內(nèi)容，需要下拉選擇適合自己產(chǎn)品的Warning警示語！

3、進口商信息問題

The CPC submitted is missing required information. To move forward with the approvals process for your product, please resubmit the document with the following updated information:

US importer or domestic manufacturer name, mailing address, contact information located in United States.

原因：CPC證書內(nèi)缺少進口商信息，需要提供美代信息。

4、商品型號或者ASIN不匹配

Product description or product identifier enabling us to make an accurate determination that the certificate is issued for the correct product.

原因：提示CPC證書里面缺少ASIN或產(chǎn)品型號和product description（產(chǎn)品描述），導(dǎo)致無法將CPC測試報告和Listing建立上聯(lián)系，修改后臺或者CPC認證報告的內(nèi)容。

5、測試結(jié)果維護聯(lián)系人

Contact information for the individual maintaining records, including name, full mailing address, email address,and telephone number.

原因：CPC證書上缺少測試結(jié)果維護聯(lián)系人的相關(guān)信息，在CPC證書上加上測試結(jié)果維護聯(lián)系人信息就可以了。

6、CPC證書蓋章問題

In order to move forward with the approval process, please submit the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) that is issued by the manufacturer, importer, or private labeler based on the guidelines stated in the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.

The CPC that has been previously provided cannot be accepted as it is issued from the testing laboratory.

原因：CPC的本質(zhì)是一份自我聲明，是由進口商或者制作商簽發(fā)的（實際操作中，多數(shù)情況都是由貿(mào)易商自主簽發(fā)），只有CPC的測試報告是由檢測機構(gòu)蓋章簽發(fā)的。所以不能用檢測機構(gòu)蓋章的CPC證書，用了大概率過不了審核。

7、合規(guī)文件缺少問題

In order to review your documents related to Product Assurance of Toys, please submit them on Vendor Central using the following steps:

http://1.In Vendor Central, click the Items menu, and then select Vendor Certificates

2.Click on Missing Compliance Documents;

3.Search for the affected ASIN and then;

4.Click Add to upload the documents.

原因：不要在CASE中回復(fù)內(nèi)容和提交文件，需要在菜單目錄欄找到查看銷售申請，再找到被拒絕的ASIN，重新提交證書進行審核。

8、缺少電池測試問題

Please be informed that we are unable to move forward with the approval process until the following required documentation is provided:

Kindly provide the following outstanding items as per ASTM F963-17:

? 4.25- Battery Operated Toys

If you feel your product is exempt from the above sections/requirements, please provide a statement from your lab or regulation exempting your product for our review.

原因：電動玩具的測試標準，除了ASTM F963-16/17和CPSIA，還需要做電池部分的ASTM Section 4.25關(guān)于電池驅(qū)動和電池部分的測試，若測試報告缺乏這項測試，會導(dǎo)致無法過審。（產(chǎn)品是內(nèi)置電池、外接干電池、USB供電、直插供電的都需要做這個測試項目）。

9、產(chǎn)品圖片信息問題

Please be informed that we can only accept product images. Therefore, kindly take clear photo of the product and product packaging clearly displaying:

* Manufacturer Name

* Manufacturer Address

* Warning label (as applicable)

原因：亞馬遜要求的第一項商品圖片中，產(chǎn)品的實拍圖需要清楚地體現(xiàn)出制造商名稱、制造商地址和警告標語等，（注意：不同年齡段，警告語格式有要求）

10、注冊卡信息問題

The registration card submitted for your product did not include all of the following:

? Name of the manufacturer or private labeler

? Date of manufacture

? Manufacturer contact information(U.S. address and telephone number, toll-free if available)

? Model name and number

原因：沒有提供注冊卡，或者是注冊卡的信息填寫錯誤導(dǎo)致。涉及到需要提供注冊卡的商品一般是耐用的嬰兒消費品，并且危險程度相對較高。比如圍欄、門欄、背帶、學(xué)步車、搖籃等等（不同的產(chǎn)品填寫信息不同，請勿隨便填寫）。

11、缺少相關(guān)標識問題

The picture must contain all the following relevant information: safety information and registration card, compliance signs (including tracking labels), commodity hazard warning.

原因：圖片沒有包含所有以下相關(guān)信息：安全信息和注冊卡、合規(guī)標志（包括追蹤標簽）、商品危險警告。（此項內(nèi)容比較多，涉及個人經(jīng)驗）

需要根據(jù)《消費品安全改進法案》確認您在亞馬遜上銷售的哪些商品（如果有）需要提供警告聲明（窒息危險警告）。
