福島市の波汐國(guó)芳被告（97）は去年11月、市內(nèi)で軽自動(dòng)車を運(yùn)転中、ブレーキとアクセルを踏み間違えて歩道に乗り上げ、歩いていたの42歳の女性をはねて死亡させたほか、信號(hào)待ちしていた複數(shù)の車に次々に衝突し、4人にけがをさせたとして、過(guò)失運(yùn)転致死傷の罪に問(wèn)われました。

今日の判決で、福島地方裁判所の三浦隆昭裁判長(zhǎng)は「被告はいわゆる超高齢者で、安全に運(yùn)転するのに必要な判斷能力や運(yùn)動(dòng)能力に衰えがあった。

そもそも元?dú)荬胜Δ沥嗣庠Sを返納するなどして運(yùn)転を控えるべきだった」と指摘しました。
